Switch the language of the video
- Step 1 - Go to our website
www.magiya.lk
- Step 2 - Enter ‘Pickup’, ‘Drop-Off’ Locations and the ‘Date’ and tap “Search”.
Select your Pickup location by ‘From’ and select your destination by ‘To’.
Select the Trip date From the calender that pops up when you tap the ‘Date’ - Step 3 - Pick your bus.
From the results pick your bus.
- Step 4 - Scroll Down.
Check the bus details and then scroll down.
- Step 5 - Select your ‘Pickup’ and Drop-off’ points.
You can see all the bus stops in order of start to end in ‘Pickup locations’ and end to start in ‘Drop-off’ locations.
- Step 6 - Enter your mobile number and tap “Send OTP”.
Go to ‘Passenger Information’ and add your mobile number.
Tap “Send OTP” button. - Step 7 - Enter the OTP and tap ‘Confirm’ .
Add the OTP you received to the entered mobile number.
Tap ‘Confirm’ button. - Step 8 - Scroll down and select your seat.
Go to “Choose Your Seat” and in the seat layout, tap the seat icon to select
- Step 9 - Scroll down and tap ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
When you scroll down you can see the selected seats, price for each and the sub total.
If it’s correct tap ‘Proceed to Checkout’. - Step 10 - Review the “payment Breakdown” and tap ‘Pay’.
In the “Payment Breakdown” page you can see ‘Base Fare’, ‘Service Fee’, ‘Payable’, ‘Conversion Rate’ and ‘Sub Total’.
Review and tap ‘Pay’. - Step 11 - Choose your card and enter card details.
Choose the type of the card (Visa/Mastercard) and enter your card details.
- Step 12 - Complete the payment.
You’ll instantly receive your seat booking confirmation via SMS with a reference code.
Simply Show this to the conductor when you board the bus.
