3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when utilizing magiya.lk. Provision of false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to magiya.lk.

3.2 Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in their use of magiya.lk and any services obtained through it.

3.3 Users are solely responsible for all transactions they enter into with service providers through magiya.lk, including but not limited to negotiating terms, fulfilling obligations, and resolving disputes. Zuse Technologies shall not be a party to such transactions.

4. Service Provider Responsibilities

4.1 Service providers are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about their services on magiya.lk, including but not limited to service descriptions, availability, pricing, and any applicable terms and conditions.

4.2 Service providers are obligated to deliver the services they offer to users who make bookings through magiya.lk, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between the service provider and the user.

4.3 Service providers represent and warrant that they possess the requisite qualifications, licenses, permits, and expertise to provide the services offered through magiya.lk, and that such services shall be provided in a safe, professional, and workmanlike manner, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Booking and Transactions

5.1 Bookings made through magiya.lk are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service provider. Users are advised to carefully review the service provider's terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

5.2 Zuse Technologies is not responsible for any issues that may arise with a booking, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, changes in service, or disputes between users and service providers.

5.3 Payment for services is processed through magiya.lk's designated third-party payment gateway. Users are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information and ensuring that they have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. By utilizing the payment gateway, users agree to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider.

5.4 magiya.lk charges a non-refundable service fee for each booking facilitated through the platform. This fee constitutes consideration for the services provided by magiya.lk in connecting users with service providers and enabling the booking process. The service fee will be clearly displayed to the user prior to confirmation of the booking.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific service provider. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund policy of the service provider at the time of booking.

6.2 magiya.lk reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for certain cancellations. This fee is separate from and in addition to any cancellation fees imposed by the service provider. The cancellation fee charged by magiya.lk, if applicable, will be clearly displayed to the user at the time of booking and/or cancellation.

6.3 magiya.lk will reasonably assist users with processing eligible refunds, subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider's refund policy and less any applicable non-refundable fees owed to magiya.lk.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on magiya.lk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of Zuse Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any Content without the express prior written consent of Zuse Technologies. Unauthorized use of the Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zuse Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with :

• 🔹Any other matter relating to magiya.lk or the services obtained through it.

8.2 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, magiya.lk's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the service fees collected by magiya.lk in connection with the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

9.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zuse Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:

13. Severability
