1. This notice absolves us of responsibility for luggage damage due to inadequate protection or fragile items. Refunds won’t be given for missing boarding or transport issues. No full refunds for transport breakdowns; service fees are non-refundable.
2. If you are booking a seat next to a female passenger and, for any reason, the female passenger refuses to sit beside a male passenger, the conductor reserves the authority to reassign your seat.
